On Saturday August 16 and Sunday 17 2008, BarCamp will be held at Old Broadcasting House in Leeds. Many of the region's leading experts in all aspects of digital production and marketing will be present - covering amongst other things design, development, production and copy writing. Approximately 150 people in all.

And on Noon on Saturday August 16, the assembled experts will be told what web site (or other digital "product") they will be launching 24 hours later. All in the name of charity.

From now until August 6 2008, we are inviting local charities - and similar organisations - to submit their nominations; why should they be chosen, what it is they do and what they would like building.

We ask that only representatives of the organisations apply, to make the process smoother.

To qualify, you must be a charity or similar "charitable" organisation, based within Yorkshire and active in some way within the Yorkshire region.
